診断・鑑別診断は「何が本当の病因かを切り分ける」という意味、予後は「この先どうなるかの見立て」というニュアンスで使う。

免疫反応や炎症は、新しい施策やルールに対する組織側の抵抗・反発を表すのに使いやすい比喩。
まとめ
- 医療・薬のメタファーは、診断→予防→治療→検証→リスク管理という問題解決プロセスと相性が良く、ビジネスの文脈にもよく馴染む
- 特に、根本原因への対処(根治・structural fix)とその場しのぎの対処(対症療法・painkiller・stopgap)を区別する語彙が豊富
